The staff is polite and knowledgable. Love the on-line notes to tell me what is going on with the lawn, etc. when I'm not home. Services are very effective.
Opportunities to please me more:
I don't like anything put in my front door (generally not the case) as it signals that I'm not home to anyone that walks by.
Would prefer the true green sign to be placed in the back yard in the event that I'm away on business of vacation for a few days it also signals to those that walk by that I'm not there. I ask a well meaning neighbor to remove the signs but he forgets about 50% of the time.

Seems to be pretty good quality and considerate, non interruptive service. That is, does not require changes or requirements of the property owner. Results generally good.

In the years I have used your service I have never had a complaint, but the last service we received March 7th, 2024 was not up to your usual high standards. I was not here at home during the service, but I always inspect the yard afterward making sure there are treatment pellets throughout the yard. I followed the spreader machines track through the yard and I saw very very few pellets. Also, usually there are some pellets from overspray on the driveway and sidewalks and this time I saw no overspray at all.
I was not sure where or not the lack of pellets was due to poor coverage or because possibly a liquid fertilizer was used. The next time one of your service persons was here last week (he could not perform service due to the snow here) I asked him what was done on the last service and asked about the possible use of liquid. He look up my account and said no it should have been pellets. I then told him that about my questioning the quality of the last service and he suggested that I contact you and tell you about the incident.
Also, currently you are fertilizing my trees in our yard. After you have completed the "already paid for tree services" you have been preforming, I would like to discontinue this tree service.

The lawn looks nice and green. Would have liked a report on what was done, the scanner did not work and email was un-readable. The price is high for my budget but I will try and manage when I can.
Service persons are prompt, very courteous explain everything, we are usually at home so we can speak with them.
We have any questions concerning the application, they answer our questions.

Your associate that did my application was well versed and professional. He fully understood my concerns for only using liquids on my lawn applications.
The service technician was open to discussion concerning my expectations of this seasons lawn condition. My desire is to have the same technician attend to my lawn services in order for my expectations to be met.
The treatment seems great,I'll know better as spring arrives.

TruGreen has been good for me! My grass is green and healthy, and the insect/bugs don't
bother me because TruGreen knows of grass and bugs.

Service is fine, although last year, I believe some service dates coincided with rain events. I presume this diminishes the lawn tx effectiveness?
Also, your pricing (increases) appears to exceed the rates of inflation. :-)

Checked not only or trees, but all versus shrubs tree shrub guy did an amazing job. Every time he came.
I like the fact I am notified in advance. I like to converse with the technician to learn what the plan is for the application, therefore what is being applied, what is it for, what rate, etc. I am particularly please with my technician, Joshua. He is energetic, polite, professional and comes across as taking pride in what he's doing. He wants to do a good job, and he does. Please continue to send Joshua as my technician.
