I like that you listen to my questions and give me answers, and I like that you allow me to continue to use the same tech for each application, this way the tech and myself get to learn more about my lawn without me asking questions to different people for different applications, My tech Greg for example, is very good at his job and I am please with his performance. I have questions he answers them and lets me know what is going on. I have been with this company for many years and will continue to do so, as long as my service is performed in the expert manner that it is now be done, Thanks. P.S. One more thing please in the future if you are going to raise the price of my bill, please tell me before the season starts not after the 1st application, and you do the 2nd application, my bill increases, thats not fair is it.

I had to call because they were not applying the weed killer near the property line. The neighbor's driveway is only about 1 foot off the line, but I had dandelions from their driveway to about 6 feet out into my yard. Also having violets in the back yard. Overall the grass is bright green and looks good.

Very good product and I have received excellent customer service when I have called on various issues.

Weeds are almost all gone. Grass is greener and much more thicker.

I contacted Tru Green regarding re-treating my Mom's yard. The response I received was excellent and the technician was able to re-apply a treatment within 3 days of the original visit. We are very happy with Tru Green's services and my Mom's yard looks great.

It's great to get the phone calls from Trudi so that I can have my pets inside during the service. I also enjoyed the last service technician as he left me a detailed message about two types of grass in my yard, and also about moles that were tunneling. He asked me to call him, which I did and he returned the call promptly and said we would discuss remedies to the grass problem on his next visit.

I thought the tech was very good and very polite. I talked to him and he seemed very knowledgeable.

I'm happy with my lawn, however I think I had grubs last summer, can you man check for grubs and then spread the chemical to kill them?

The way my lawn looks

Service is scheduled and performed without the customer having to call and ask when you’re coming out. We’ve had different lawn care companies in the past, and they wouldn’t show up until we called and asked for the next treatment.
