What a great year this was for my lawn. Aldo Gaburri was a true professional. My lawn never looked better. I have neighbors commenting about the color and fullness of my lawn. This is a first for me; I never had to call in and complain about any weeds.

I know when you have been there and when there were issues with crab grass and some other weird weeds, the technician came out to address my concerns. At one point an agronomist cam out and suggested that I aerate and add lime. I appreciated the suggestion.
I like the guarantee, if I'm not satisfied with the results, all I do is make a phone call and the tech is back out treating my lawn.

I like that we get the same service representative each time and it begins to feel like they care about the service they provide- they be gin to create a relationship with our needs.

After I got a spray treatment on 7-31-2017 that killed almost 50% of my lawn with bad fertilizer. I contacted you about the problem you did and went out of your way to solve the problem for me. With no charge for the treatment that day and free seeding and aerated the lawn at no charge. I put a lot of time and money getting my lawn back to the way it was, before that bad treatment of spay I got that day now it looks great again.
And the reason for writing the above is that your company listened to me with my problem and did not blow me off and helped resolve the problem. I understand things happen like that in life and getting mad about it just makes the problem worse. Your driver that sprayed my lawn that day Ryan Macomber felt so bad for what happened to my lawn, and talked to me on how to fix it. You need to hire more people like Ryan he cares about his job and his customers on his route to make sure they get the service they pay for. And I'm staying with your company even with what happened to my lawn. I get great service and my lawn always looks great all summer long. Good weed control
Had the most grass this year..although I had to contrail weeds around pool and carport myself. I thought that's why I paid you.
The price is reasonable, your customer service is great, and most importantly my lawn looks good. I also like the feedback on how to better care for my lawn after each treatment.
I like that I don't have to think about scheduling.
