I like that you call in advance to inform me when the application is going to be done. Your lawn care employee is very friendly and professional and appears to be interested in my concerns about any issues that I bring to his attention. He has always been so polite and carries through with what he promises. I’m impressed that if I have a problem that is on-going he will continue to try to fix the problem ie: violets. I have recommended your company to several people since I contacted you in 1996. Every time we get a new neighbor I tell them I use Trugreen and offer to give them your number. I’m certain that a couple have and still use your company.

My lawn is starting to take shape even though Trugreen was notified before I paid for the whole, NOT to use weed killer with the first application because I always do my major seeding early in the Spring. I have talked to Trugreen and it is now understood that next year no weed killer will be applied, only fertilizer.
They come back if you are not satisfied.
The time it took from my initial inquiry until my first lawn application was excellent... Only a few days!

The other day, I had given TruGreen a '2' on the survey due to the fact that I was billed on April 19 for a service that I believed was not done as I did not receive a work order nor was a flag put on the lawn . I called and was told that the service would be performed and I received a call at the end of April saying that the service would be performed the next day. Again, no work order was received nor was a flag put on the lawn. I received a call yesterday saying that the service would be performed today and it was. The specialist Anthony Roncher introduced himself, explained why he was there, and completed the service.
Prior to this incident, I have been satisfied with the Trugreen service and I'm sure that this was one of those things that happen every now and then. Therefore, I would recommend Trugreen to anyone looking for a lawn care company and the reason behind my going from a '10' from a '2'.
