I had someone by the name of Scott Kendall treat my lawn today for weed control. I was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the weeds.
Unfortunately, I was still in my PJs when he treated the lawn and was unable to thank him for doing a great job. I watched him a bit while he was treating the lawn, and he treated all the areas that were a concern to me.
Also, John Wilbur, the service manager for my branch, came the same day and followed up the treatment with a fertilization and a touch up for weeds. I appreciate his taking time out of his busy day to make sure I was satisfied with the overall treatment. I had been out of state for 6 weeks helping one of my daughters recuperate from surgery. Because I did not have time before I left to edge and mulch my landscaping, I returned to a lawn that had weeds and landscaping full of weeds. I pulled and filled 9 large bags of weeds and did the best I could weeding all the landscaping, but needed extra help from Trugreen. Thanks again, Nancy

We receive a phone call letting us know when the Tru-Green rep will arrive. If there is ever a problem with service, customers can call and have a service rep come back to spray again.
