The service is exceptional. The weather has not coordinated. We had people doing work on a deck and it played havoc. I'm sure everything will be back to a great lawn.

My lawn looks great. They keep me informed of service dates. Good value.
Lawn looks best ever.
You are working to have the customer be truly satisfied with your lawn services. When I complained at the beginning of this season that last fall's core aeration and overseeing had not improved my lawn, you were willing to redo that treatment at no charge to me. (I had already prepaid for 2019, including core aeration in the fall.) To me that signals that you are really trying to get good results. Add to that friendly, patient and helpful customer service on the phone and from your technicians. I am very happy with my Trugreen service.

Very happy with the service
The specialist, Jesse Harter, was so kind and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was very polite. Our lawn is starting to look better because of your service.
Earlier I submitted info regarding the Shrub and Bushes program that I purchased. There is some concern on my part now because I have been trying to get in touch with"Kevin", the sales person that I talked to originally when I subscribed to the program, and now for some reason, he is not returning my calls. The technician that treated my shrubs and bushes yesterday, told me an entirely different diagnosis than what Kevin did. I made the decision to have the 4 different treatments applied based on what I could only assume was a professional critique of the plant infection problem by Kevin. Yesterday the technician informed me that his assessment of the problems was more serious than what Kevin had outlined, but that not all was lost and that overall the situation could be remedied, with the exception that about half of the Juniper Rug on the left terrace side of the driveway should be replaced. Kevin had said that his 4 step approach would result in saving all of the plants. What I need to know now is, just what is necessary to save the "root rot" plants, or should they be replaced immediately to prevent the spread of the plant disease? I await TruGreen's reply in this regard. Thank you/

The tree and shrub service has just completed the first step of the 4 part service. The technician that performed the service was very well informed about the details of his job. However, what he told me about a problem with the terraced juniper rug was completely different from what the sales person told me, and what I based my decision to have the service in the first place. The sales person said that with the 4 applications, all of the infected juniper rug plants would be reversed back to healthy plants. The techncian told me that at least 5 plants have to be replaced with new ones because of "root rot" and excess water accumulation in the mulch. We have had tremendous amounts of flowing water across my property because of the heavy rainstorms we have experienced. There is no way we can control Mother Nature, only respond to her challenges. This I have done by putting in french drains and water blocking barriers at the top of the terrace where the blight is the worst. That is all I can do. My problem is, what is the correct approach, replace all the infected plants in the Fall, or hope that the remaining services ie; application of Fungicide, fertilizer, and then winter oiling will reverse the blight and the terrace plants will be healthy again. Please help me decide. Thank you very much.

very friendly always want to call if needed
What I do like when it is needed, is being able to speak with the service manager at my home and discuss the problem with the lawn. It is also a plus when the technician is also present.
I must also state that it took approximately 6-7 phone calls, which were handled by various people in various states, to speak with the service manager that manages my area. This is a very poor way to take care of a loyal customer needs. I hope that the support team for my branch manager improves.
Quick, easy and effective so far
Treatment is always very through, leaving no weeds, no short cuts when it comes to the service!
You come when you say you are coming and keep a regular schedule.
