I have generally been satisfied with the service that Truegreen provides me. However, just yesterday I had to call concerning my most recent application. You called me last Tuesday 6/9/20 to inform me that my lawn would be treated on Wednesday 6/10/20. I did see the truck parked and the Truegreen specialist was treating the lawn across the street from me. I assumed that he would do mine next. However, my lawn was NOT treated. When I called on 6/16/20 to inquire about this incident, I was shocked to hear your automated system inform me that my last application had been completed on 6/10/20‼️ This is not true! When I informed the operator who Answered my call she just said that she would reschedule it and it would be at no cost to me. Well, to be blunt, she/you gave me nothing for free as I have prepaid for the entire year and all applications in December. So I felt that it was ridiculous when she said there would be no charge for the application that they missed and I had to call and inform them that it had not been done- even though your system said it was done! I felt that this was bad business and did not appreciate the entire scenario. I am not getting anything for free when I have prepaid for a service I did NOT get and yet your system informed me that it was done. I was not happy with her response to my inquiry.
TrueGreen is prompt with their services and are very courteous when doing so.
The fungus that was on my trees is going away, and the dead shrubs are somehow comming back to life.

I thought we had new weeds in our lawn, and after spending last year working on reseeding where crab grass was, it was not a good thing to think I had a new weed. Trugreen came and wrote down that these were blue grass and not weeds. Their seed heads were growing up above the lawn which I thought were weeds. All great, in part thanks to Debbie who followed up on my concern. Great company!!
All is good. Just one minor request.....I would like to ask the service provider to NOT put the receipt on the front door handle because of possible covid related transmissions. I don't care if they put it anywhere else, just not on the front door handle.
