After a very dry summer, my lawn did not come back to it's beautiful self. I call to question weather grubs treatment has not worked, reg. servive guy said not grubs, just need rain. I asked someone to come out and look, because lawns on both sides of me have recover from drought, your rep. came out and said I need Aeration/seed to get my yard to except your fertilizers, that True Green would come out and do Aeration. Well your boys showed up on 10/26/20 about 4:30 pm. They took Thwacking machine and seed spreader of truck with ramp. A tall thin w/guy handled the Aeration machine with ease, on rough hillsides that I would have fallen on, he payed tidal to every edge/corner to make sure he did job the right way, I was very impressed in front side, and back yard. His helper, did the seeding spreader on the front and side yard fatter the aeration was done. But when the b/guy went to back yard, he did not follow the pattern of the aerator. He could not wait 10-15 minutes till he finished, and went and seeded 3/4 of the back yard that had not been aeration yet. He needs retrained, isn't the seed to fall into holes made by the aeration. The w/guy continued to make sure he got every inch and row done correctly in my back yard. GREAT JOB. Then when done, b/guy still sitting in truck for 10-15 minutes, does not get out of truck to help him get aerator up ramp, he struggles, but does it, then seed spreader, and secures by himself with bungie cords and ramp with bungie cords. nice clean work. So very happy with his work, as he drives away.

The Results
The techs are friendly and knowledgeable.
When done appropriately the yard is healthy, greener, fuller and insect free. At this point we are disappointed in that we still see dandelions and weeds occasionally.
No one calls any more in advance so we can unlock the gate to the back yard and this month two representatives came the same day about two hours apart with a portion of the application duplicated - the first applied potassium and the second applied the customized lawn service including potassium.

My lawn looks better recently. But some bad spots continue to show year after year.
1. My lawn has really improved since I started having core aeration and overseeding twice a year, along with your regular services.
2. You give careful attention too my questions and special requests. The lady in charge of your local office (Bilmar Drive) is very helpful.
3. Your technicians are always friendly and do careful work. I requested two persons with a smaller aerator so they could get the machine up to my upper-level backyard and that's the way it was done. Kudos to your Bilmar Drive office manager and the two technicians!
Early contact of appointments. Ability to chance it if necessary, and paper trail after application.
I have been so happy with their service for about the last 4 years.my yard has never looked so good. All the service providers have been very helpful in any questions that I have. Can't wait till spring to see there hard work.
