Our lawn was looking great, and Ed, who is regular treatment specialist always knows exactly what to do and is incredibly grass-wise!
But, our last treatment, which was aerating and seeding has left our lawn looking terrible. There are lots of brown spots and it is incredibly sparse and the grass didn't grow. I don't believe Ed actually did this treatment. We have followed watering properly etc. But we need to have aerated again and seeded, possibly in a few weeks when the weather is cooler. I don't think this was done at the proper time and that has killed our grass. Please give us a call to reschedule-Phone number removed or Phone number removed.

Talked to customer service rep, Tom Daugherty (sp?) today. He was excellent and definitely an asset to your company. His expertise and willingness to talk through our lawn and issues was superb. It was so nice to have someone to walk through process of what TruGreen will do for us and he knows his stuff! Thank you Tom for your help today...it was greatly appreciated.

So far, the lawn has been improving in quality since using Trugreen. Also, the service techs are very respectful and professional. Justin K. was exceptionally good at knowing his job, having a great personality and giving me helpful hints to maintain service.

I was very satisfied with John who treated my yard yesterday for weeds and nutsedge. My question about 3 hours after treatment we had a very hard downpour which lasted for a few minutes. will the treatment still work? Thank you

Our lawn is always one of the healthiest in the neighborhood. The service technicians that treat our lawn are always very kind and responsive to any requests we may have.
We see the difference in the lawn for example the color, the thickness & richness of the healthy lawn.
The grass looks the best that is has in a log time but I HATE that you send me spam messages once a week about your technicians saying that my shrubs are full of mites and to schedule a treatment. How do I know it’s spam? Because I have no shrubs. It’s annoying AF.
My service man William is very good. He informs me of everything he is doing.
During aeration our tv internet cable was destroyed. The cable should have been buried deeper. Comcast realized that. The aeration was excellent. Attention to detail was evident. Thank you.
We prefer Edmund Lodano because he knows our grass strong points and weak points that need special attention. We also want all treatments done on mondays or tuesdays because wednesdays thru fridays have other activities performed in our yard.

I like that our tech knocks on the door and is very considerate of our dogs. He does a great job. Our lawn has no weeds at all and looks great!
Ability to reschedule when my grass will be getting cut.
No hassle! I paid for the service up front. They came for the first service only 2 days later. So far, so good.
My only issue is the salesperson on the phone. I attempted to purchase online and got a price of $760. I was hesitant, so I waited for the color up call. She tried to charge me $1200. She said that the website was wrong and if I ordered it there instead of with her, they wouldn't provide service unless I paid the extra first. WHAT?!
I ordered online anyway. All good!
