My specialist, Craig LeRoy is excellent. He is very helpful and explains the procedure. Craig is also very personable and friendly. TruGreen is fortunate to have him.
I want to say that Craig LeRoy is the best technician that you have. I have had issues in the past where I was billed but never had service. I called and asked for Craig to be my regular technician and hopefully moving forward he can. Craig is so kind and polite and always has a smile on his face. It's very hard to find employees like Craig these days. Craig does a really good job and tells me all the time how nice my lawn looks. Please keep him on as my regular as he is a great asset to your organization. In closing I must say I am really not happy with my price increase though. Times are very tough these days and service costs that increase do not help with my situation.

The response I had today was very much appreciated. My concern was
That our lawn did not match up with our neighbors lawn that use a different service. In the past TruGreen did an excellent job servicing our lawn and it always looked the best in the neighborhood. But I could not say that this year. When I voiced my concern, Tru Green immediately responded. Thanks go out to Scott for responding to my concern.

The thing I like best about your service is my experienced Specialist, Craig LeRoy. Not only does he do a thorough job, but he is also extremely knowledgeable and answers any question or concern I may have. He did a great job on my lawn last year and has picked-up where he left off this year.
I have no need to purchase handle or store lawn chemicals.

I have been a Trugreen subscriber for 48 years in seven states. I’m always very pleased with our lawn care and our tree and shrub care. I’m not enjoying not getting any immediate written feedback when the specialist is at our door… The only way I can see anything is to look it up online and sometimes that’s not convenient for me.
