Great Service
I wanted to provide very positive feedback for our lawn specialist Craig Leroy. He provided lawn service on June 12, 2023. My husband was home at the time and did not see Craig service the back yard, so had me send a message to TruGreen about that. The same day I received a call from TruGreen offices to discuss the matter and ensure that it would be taken care of. The next day I received a call from Craig himself, who was very personable, informative and knowledgeable about my lawn. He assured me that he serviced the entire lawn. The very next morning at 6:30am I saw the TruGreen truck in front of my house and went to talk to the driver. It was Craig! He came and personally inspected the yard and was going to leave a note for my husband explaining the service. We had a good conversation and when he left I was thoroughly confident our service had been completed correctly. What excellent customer service! Definitely above and beyond. Thanks, Craig!
