Today I talked with a representative "Kim Preece". She was so patient and professional. She informed me about the exact service agreement prepayments and went through each visit. Unlike other representatives who had told me that I have prepaid visits till the end of July. She also discovered overcharged payments to my account and worked to reverse them via refunds or scheduling a complementary service. I am happy to recommend Kim for the employee recognition awards at TrueGreen!

I purchased the service for my elderly parents who do not live very close to me. I went to visit my parents. My father pointed out that there were many more dandelions than he would expect to see and was going to get rid of them. He does not get around too well any longer. I called the local Office and let them know. 2 days later my mother called and said Trugreen came knocked on the door and wanted to hear Dad's concerns. Coming out AND listening to Dad was very much appreciated.
