My lawn has a green that no other lawn has. I am the only one on my end of the street that has TruGreen as a lawn fertilizing co. What does that have to say for them? The price was reasonable too.
Service is well done and addresses lawn-related problems.
Once the lawn service has been provided the lawn looks very good.
Trugreen keeps to the schedule to apply an application of fertilizer or grin control. Getting a phone message when an application is going to be made is very good. I am not always able to log into Trugreen website for the schedule.
Paul Siedlecki is very knowledgeable and thorough in treating our lawn. He is always very efficient and careful when using weed control. He has made our lawn look beautiful!
Brunswick Branch is very customer service oriented.
Local Manager /Service Techs are GREAT...
The Call Centers--CSR;s very confused/ not good training...definitely need local contact numbers and not CALL CENTERS.
