We were new customers last year. We like the improvement specifically in the front yard.The grass has filled in. We've had one application so far this year, and it appears there are less dandelions then last year. Customer service is very good. I have called and changed service dates in the past,and re-scheduling was no problem. I also like the payment options offered.

Service is easy and efficient, the employees are friendly and helpful, and call-backs are free. However, I have not always been satisfied with the effectiveness of the treatments, and I have an ongoing problem with the aeration and seeding from last autumn. After several attempts, it was never completed satisfactorily.
