Specialist was very professional and did a great job. Questioning timing of application that occurred today 8/9/23 at my home since it rained about 1/2 hour after liquid was applied to yard. Questioning an application that there is a high potential that did not work.

TruGreen does a good job on my lawn but I miss the personal interaction/feedback from the technician. Any comments on the service report these days are clearly just standard and have little bearing on my situation. Overall, the service is good though.

Our lawn is so much better than before we used your service. We do not have to be home and they are very good at closing gates when done. Appreciate the email informing us when they are coming and the time frame.

very satisfied with work . however i would please request advance notice so i could have input into timing of application; . because of the drought , please do not do another application until next fall and if drought conditions continue maybe not in fall either . i would like to have the -- process where punch holes snd seed fone in the fall but would like an estimate first thank you -- aeration
