Today during rain a True Green applicator came to do my lawn. They only did the front yard only. Not sides or back yard. It may be because of constant rain, not sure.

Not "Like." Rather, some actual "Feedback."
Starting with... 1) You call this a "Feedback" page, but then proceed to only solicit "Like" information. You aren't going to learn anything that way.
2) Your page says I have been a customer since 2010. Wrong. I started using your service in the summer after I bought my house in January of 1987. Your records need help.
3) You started my service this year without my request and without my permission. You have done this before. Dangerous. Presumably, you operate on the principle that it is easier to get forgiveness than to get permission.
4) I'm a snowbird now, spending my winters 1,600+ miles away from the residence that you service. You performed unsolicited service in late March, then billed me with a due date in early April. Mail forwarding got the bill to me in late April. You are darn lucky that I paid it... and that I pre-paid for the remainder of the year.
5) Your phone service makes promises that it does not keep.
Your halo is getting tarnished, and my loyalty is getting strained.

Keeps my lawn from turning into weeds. Our lot is sand filled and makes it very difficult for grass to survive. We also have neighbors on each side of our lot that have all weeds for their lawns. Your lawn care saves our lawn from turning into weeds.

Lawn service is good, although had weed problems this year. I want to discontinue the tree & shrub service as we have seen no improvement.
