I like the fact that you listen and offer solutions. I do wish that for both our lawn care and our shrub and tree care, we would have the same technicians throughout the summer. Our tree and shrub tech was very helpful and thorough and took the time to explain things. It seems like our lawn technician changes every time. It would be nice to see the same people for the different applications.
