The fertilization was too heavy around the perimeter last time. We have a sickly looking border. We checked our sprinkling system and it is covered each day, so that is not the problem.
The products used on our lawn have usually been quite effective. The lawn care specialists who have serviced our lawn, Paul and most recently Matt, have both been outstanding. They've been very willing to listen to and answer our questions, and make every reasonable effort to solve any additional lawn problems we may have.
The ONLY issue we've had, and the sole reason for the score of 9, involves communication with the 800 service. The employees we've dealt with over the 800 phone number have been friendly and willing to help wit any scheduling questions we've had, but sometimes it seems as if communications between the 800 number and the local office are not always smooth.

I had sign up for three applications for weed control and fertilizer for our church lawn. They told me that each application would address what ever the lawn needed. The first application was carried out in a professional manner although did not address the broad leaf weeds. After 10 days the dandelions had taken over. I called the local branch and they said they had fertilized and pre-emergent crabgrass only and then rudely hung-up. I called two more times only to be hung-up on. After filling out their survey with a low score a representative called to address the situation. That person was very polite and ordered a free application to deal with the broadleaf weeds. Soon after the weeds have started to wilt which I was happy to see. I am looking forward to a beautiful lawn.
