I always appreciate the information that is left by the TruGreen Specialist after each service application. Specialist 78286 - Joshua Hoover is very detailed with what was noticed during the application and what is recommended based on findings. The detailed information is much appreciated and helps me with maintaining my lawn.

Our new rep was here yesterday. Mike Bredeson (41380). He was so polite and introduced himself...first time ever! I work from home and although your reps have been here, they have never come to the door. Mike asked for the property boundaries, which is a larger parcel than it appears...so he performed better coverage and was neat and thorough. I was very impressed with his care, as well. Very professional. I hope he is with us all summer. If he is new to this, he could teach others some "niceness" skills. Thank you for a job well done, Mike!

I am notified in advance when the service is going to be performed, the person doing the service is very professional. They let me know they complete the service and ask if I am experiencing any issues or have concerns about my lawn and address any questions I my have in a very knowledgeable manner.
