True Green customer service is awesome to me. I monitor a lot of communities billings and when we fall behind, if I need invoices for reports, the responses are quick and effective. I appreciate effective service in my line of work. Our Representatives Teresa is always knowledgeable about all accounts, and she responds in a professional manner. She is reliable and I can depend on her feedback with certain issues I may have with accounts. I will recommend True Green the Lawn are pleasing to the Executive Director eye and for this reason we will continue to use Trugreen services.

I like knowing when the technician is coming to my house. After he leaves, I get a note explaining what was done.
The service is timely. The technicians are polite and willing to answer questions. When called with a concern, the representative is patent and polite. If follow up is needed, it is handled in a timely manner.

I have to admit I had some doubts last year, but I guess I was expecting a bit too much. I've had prior experience with TruGreen at two other properties in IL. When I moved to my present property in WI it was one that had been severely neglected (My past properties weren't as bad). Last year was the first year that TruGreen serviced this location. I saw some improvement but felt wary of the results as I had what seemed to be more immediate results with TruGreen before. Well, this second year I have seen a dramatic improvement in my lawn. It still has a little way to go, but next year I look forward to it being even better.

Kemari Scales does a great job maintaining our lawn. Even with our recent dry spell, the lawn looks great.
I do have one request specific to our account. The next time a weed/feed is administered, can you make sure to also apply product to the narrow strip of lawn on the north side of our house? While this area is primarily populated with hostas, there is some grass remaining.

Generally very pleased. I ask that the technicians pay attention to how they 'whip' the hoses around my plantings. Today, several of my flowers were yanked out of the soil. I spend considerable money with planting flowers..and, the begonias didn't do as well today. Please remind the technicians to be cautious?
