this is only the second treatment, but can see great improvement over our last provider. Alex Bolssen took his time to make sure the entire lawn was covered.When finished he anserd al my questions and told me what to expect in coming days and weeks.So far very pleased with alex and true green.
We have a rental property 3 hours from where we live and TruGreen has been extremely reliable and prompt with their services, notifying us in advance of when the service will be provided. If there has ever been a question or issue, they have been prompt to respond and go out to the property to address any questions or issues.

Good evening. I would first like to comment on the service that was supposed to take place on 4/14/2023. Based on last years service the night before or early the morning of, we would receive a text that you would be coming, which was great. We actually prefer the night before. Some telltale signs that the technician had been here was a hangtag on the front door and flags in the front and rear lawn. There was none of that done that day. I did call in and mentioned this to the call center and was told that there are times that the technician gets busy and forgets to do so. I let it go at that. I did receive a text on Friday night 5/12/2023 that Deon would be coming out on Saturday to take care of the lawn weather permitting which was great. To preface the following since TruGreen started taking care of our lawn I had removed the lock on the fence and replaced it with a bungee cord made out of rubber. Friday evening I had removed that cord and placed it off to the side. When I returned from an appointment on Saturday morning I noticed the TruGreen truck down at my neighbors (1170 Roscoe Street) and so I quickly went out into the backyard and double checked that the cord was off and pulled up the rain gutter out of the way of the entry gate and secured it with the bungee cord. I also moved any other obstacles out of the way of the entry gate to make it easy for the technician. This had taken place roughly 9:40ish. I then walked my dogs and as I neared the sidewalk I saw the truck was still at my neighbors home. I continued walking my dogs around the block and when I neared my neighbors home I saw the truck was gone and flags where left in their lawn area. However, when I reached my home I saw no flags and no hang tag. I then received an automated voicemail stating that the technician had been there but was unable to gain access due to a locked gate. At that point I had to wonder if indeed the technician had come and taken care of the service on 4/14/2023 because at that time I had the bungee cord on the gate. I would also like to mention that whomever the technician was that had taken care of my lawn last year had at times encountered my bungee cord on the gate a time or two and had simply removed it, completed the service and then replaced it. Now, I do not expect that to be done and I would have understood if I had the cord on the gate that it would be grounds to not service the lawn, Concerning what happened on Saturday 5/13/2023 I want to again make it clear that there was no lock or bungee cord on the gate to deny the technician access. So either the technician made an honest mistake or went to the wrong address or ? My advice to your technician is that if the gate is locked to take a picture of it and send it to the call center or show it to the supervisor and then in turn send it to me on my phone which is Phone number removed. I certainly do not want to waste your time making a trip out here and in turn I expect to receive a service that we had previously prepaid. Moving forward can you let me know when the technician will be out here to take care of what was supposed to be done on 5/13/2023 and I look forward to clearing up any confusion that has taken place. Thank you.
