I could almost give you a 10 but there's one thing I wish you offered and that many of my friends would be very interested in. It's less chemicals or a product that would give us nice lawns. Many of my friends have organic/natural gardens and yards and this holds them back from using TruGreen. Otherwise, I've been very happy with all service, people, conversations, the way our yard looks, etc.

Jim, the on-site service person, is very professional, through and friendly. The phone customer service person was also very professional and friendly (Dean from Chicago - I think).
