Always willing to listen to my concerns when they are on site. This is very important to me. Great people in the Vadnais office. Sherry and Jeremia always very helpful if I have specific questions. Specialists onsite are always very courteous and helpful. Very pleased with the service.The applications they use are working great with one exception. I have a specific problem with creeping charlie weed which they continue to attack.They will come back between applications if needed at no charge to spot spray.I think what they are using is working. I continue to like the flexibility if I need to reschedule for whatever reason which I had to do this year because of storms. Very pleased overall and I have referred True Green to others and will continue to do so. Thank You!

Things might not always be perfect but some of your people are trying hard and I appreciate that. My yard is overall much nicer but I still have plenty of weeds.

Service providers are courteous and informative about services provided and why.

When I get the message to say when your coming your always here at that time, what I didn't like was the guy going through my yard looking at my trees and shrubs without asking permission to do so. We didn't know he was doing that until he came to our door showing us what needed to be done. We didn't like that at all and want no more of that.
