Our service specialist, Marcus Scott was very helpful and friendly. He called to ask where our property line was and when I came out he offered an arm to help me as I use a cane. He was concerned if I needed help up a incline and if I wanted help climbing the porch steps. He seemed quick and efficient at his job. He was very polite.

Steven Lazewski is the specialist that does my lawn. He is thorough and meticulous when applying the applications. Lawn is looking better than ever. He even sweeps the area on the blacktop where he parks the truck and loads the spreader. Awesome!
Except for knocking over some garden ornaments and twisting a downspout, there has been relatively no damage to anything. It is very nice to get reminders of when the technician will be at our house, and we have never had a problem with a re-application on the very few occassions they were necessary (for bug control).

I would like to commend your service specialist 107394 - JOSHUA HUTCHINS. Joshua serviced our lawn today. My wife and I both had questions which Joshua answered in a courteous and efficient manner and in a manner that we could understand, not relying on chemical names, etc. In other words he used plain English instead of lawncarese". ( I know that "lawncarese" is not a real word, but I think you get my meaning. Joshua is a real ambassador for TrueGreen.

I am not sure where I put the questions or problem I am having. I understand the social distancing and not knocking on my door but REALLY you spray my dogs toys! You could knock and let me know you are there or even kick the toys onto the cement so my dog doesn't get sick. It was two items! Really not happy with the lack of observation. If I had small children would you spray their toys too?
I don't have any dandelions in my yard like my neighbor and it seems that you are trying to help me improve my lawn
