Joseph (Hildebrand) did a wonderful job with our first application of the year. He gave me an overview of the service at the start, asked if I had any questions, updated me with what he learned about the condition of our yard after the application and provided me with recommendations. Joseph has been part of our yard care for a long time, knows our yard very well and is able to provide wonderful service given his depth of knowledge of what we like and the historical needs of our yard. Do you have consistent scheduling/permanent routes assigned? It's nice when you have someone like Joseph on a permanent basis who cares as much as we do about a beautiful yard.
Samuel Caravello gave me my first lawn service. He knocked to announce his presence, waited patiently while I put in my hearing aids, and then explained everything he was going to do for the first visit. I had a couple of questions that he answered clearly and completely. He took care of the job and left me a complete summary in my mailbox; perfect.
Mr. Caravello has great customer interaction; he speaks clearly and directly which I appreciate very much since, even with my hearing aids in, my hearing is pretty limited.
