If any problem is noted, ie as i dandelions, your company comes right back and does a free application. Last year our grass looked so nice. We are hoping for a repeat this year.

As requested, your technicians called just prior to arriving so I was able to meet with them and point out a section of my yard that is typically missed whenever a new technician comes out. In the past, whenever this section was missed, I would call and you would send someone out to treat this area ... excellent service, just not efficient.
