I don't have to worry about the HOA sending me notices about my weeds. Having TruGreen be pre-emptive for my desert landscape, and periodically spraying for maintenance is one less thing that I have to remember to do. I like that I am notified at least 24 hours in advance so I can open the gate to the backyard. I do wish that they would ring the doorbell to let me know that they are here, just in case I have a specific instruction for them.

They come when they are scheduled. I appreciate being able to pay in advance, in December, for the next summer's lawn service. Our lawn looks quite good. They have been able to answer questions about promoting a healthy lawn and reasons for the various lawn issues we have had.

Efficient application

The fact that our lawn & bushes all look great and we don’t have to do it, you do it for us.

For me the service keeps me from worrying about my lawn. Hassle free for me .all I have to do is water and cut my lawn .

Kit and the other technicians do a great job I’m particularly pleased eith Kit because I can ask him any questions and he has a good answer. He’s very thorough does exactly what I ask him to do always with a positive attitude and a good smile it’s always a pleasure having him and your other technicians come to my property, I have two accounts. I have another one in Southeast Portland that they also maintained for us. We appreciate the company and the good service you’ve got a great team.

I can purchase service on line and it’s pretty much automatic after that. I think some of the services are self explanatory but some could use more description. Tree and shrub service for instance means what exactly?

Once our accounts were set up as requested, we have been very pleased with the service, the results we see in our lawns, the responsiveness to our requests (although they have been minimal), the friendliness of applicator, and so on. Yes, we would recommend TruGreen to other potential clients, and in fact have done so.

Friendly and took time to listen to my request. I had a section of the yard I didn't want treated this time only. Also had another section that I wanted him to pay close attention to as there seemed an inordinate number of weeds in comparison to rest of yard. Yard looks great.
