I had a sick child home and was in no way prepared for the aeration to happen.
The tech, 89680, Kazeem Uthman, told me to get our flags and turn each sprinkler station on for one minute. He then took all the flags and marked all of the sprinkler heads for me. It was cold out, he got wet doing this for me. He was so gracious and kind.
I truly hope that he is recognized because he made a huge difference in my day. I told everyone in my neighborhood about this. There are not a lot of folks who go the extra mile anymore. This man did that and more. He actually REALLY aerated my yard, not just a quick in and out. He did it and did it well.

We really like our specialist, Ryan B. We trust him to do the job correctly, whether it is grass or trees and shrubs. We also trust him to be on our property. He never leaves any gates open. If Ryan comes when we are not here, he leaves the property exactly as he found it.
Yessica Flores, Customer Care Coordinator, has been very helpful. I would rate her very high on customer service as well as follow-through. It is a pleasure to have her help with lawn service coordination.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Taiylor Bush this morning. Our back yard suffered a lot of traffic last fall when we had a new roof installed, patio cover rebuilt and shop building re-sided. The yard was very trampled down. We had the yard core aerated first. Then today, Taiylor took time to call the office and be sure that we were getting both fertilizer and pre-emergent in order to get the lawn started off well.
She also took great care to hand fertilize the corners and areas that weren't well reached by the rolling cart.
She exhibited great customer service and her sunny disposition was a joy.
The service specialist 511497-Blake Downing spoke with me since I was home for this 2nd service call. I was able to tell him my concerns about my shrubs. He said he would pay attention to my concerns. Not only did he do that but he added my potted shrub to his treatment today. Thank you for showing such great attention to my comments.
One thing to improve is that he only knocks on the door. I have a RING doorbell. Why doesn't he use it? My house is spread out so I often do not hear a knock, but I always hear the RING doorbell. Thanks.
It is automatic and on time.

The technician, Blake Downing, is excellent. He does a thorough job. His professional & courteous manner gives us great comfort. He knows exactly what to do and requires no direction from us. His feedback & recommendations at the conclusion of the service are always very helpful. The results of his work are excellent. He always comes on the day we are told. He always lets us know he is here. He is very personable and seems to really care about the quality of his work.
