You've gotten the yard looking great, and you've kept it that way (which, after all, is exactly what working together was all about!). I will also say that your pricing is very competitive compared to your competition in the NW Arkansas market. Going into this, I got quotes from everyone (or "everyone of repute," rather), and you guys are the best - both in cost and in value - I was able to find.
One suggestion or recommendation (and, before I go into it, I already know that you guys DO NOT have this included in your current offering or service. I just think you should strongly consider adding it to the repetoire): Myself, my neighbors, others I've talked to in Rogers (and Fayetteville, and Little Rock, and St Louis, and on and on and on!) either currently have or have-had bad mole-problems with-or-in my yard. Fortunately, I was able to get hooked up with a local outfit/company called Midwest Pest, and they have all but eradicated the issue for me; we're back to a good-looking, damage-free yard.
But I've watched, looked into, and straight up asked about what Midwest Pest is doing to get rid of moles. It's about what you'd think (spraying repellent, putting out poison worms, etc). They're doing a great job, but it seems like it wouldn't be a huge expense for you guys to get into that business. You have, for instance, sprayers in your inventory already; you'd just need by mole repellant as well. You certainly know better than I do, but I figure you can have each lawn specialist treat for both moles and weeds in way less than double the time of the current treatment.
If you added certain pest-control to your offering, you could pick up a ton of business, and you could probably beat the pants off your competition, since you've already got all the Cap-Ex equipment.
Anyway, just a thought. Sorry for the long windedness. Great job, you guys!
My lawn hasn't looked this good since I moved in over 15 years ago.. TruGreen takes the guess work out of what my lawn needs and when it needs to be done. I used to have a lawn of dandelions, now I have a thick, healthy green lawn. You can have a nice looking home, but if your lawn is unhealthy and full of weeds, are you looking at your home when in pull into the driveway of your weedy lawn?

Amazing turnaround in my yard. It was nothing but weeds and crab grass and is now looking beautiful with lush green grass!! It was definitely more than I could handle on my own. Well worth it!!!
I like the care TruGreen provides. However, I am needing some more attention to weed killing. At the end of my driveway is a green patch of grass I want to develop. Technicians have not been taking care of this. Also, along my driveway, there are weedy grasses that have been missed. I need smeone to come kill these weeds that were missed.

Prompt and professional, these people know what they are doing. We just had our mosquito treatment and have no flying or crawling bugs bugging us while we are out watering. Especially great in these hot temps. Our grass looks terrific and we really appreciate the instructional notes left by TruGreen, making follow up very easy. Great job, guys!
I wish I had been at home when service was conducted. I would like to have pointed out the areas of concern with ants still moving about drive seams. Still have seen some ants on back covered sun porch... Not as effective as my prior pest control company. (west Pest Control)
We were very impressed with the young man, Bobby that took care of the lawn, he came to the door and introduced himself and was very nice and informative.
Several months ago we had a service man that came did the front lawn and left, never did the back, did not come to the door and if that happens again, we would rethink our lawn service.
Please send Bobby, if at all possible, he has certainly changed our opinion of Tru Green.

Ruben is very thorough and thoughtful! Very helpful and explains what he has done! This last treatment Brandon, I hope I got his name right, did my yard! I was not home but he did communicate by phone! He did explain what he did! And explained that. He did not fertilize due to the extreme heat! All that being said!
