My initial contact with Cody was very professional and informative. He carefully analyzed my property and the needs regarding my lawn, trees and shrubs; and Cody not only suggested the best plan that would meet the needs of my lawn, but he also explained in detail how those needs would be met through the treatments used. Being an Architect and NOT and agronomist, I did not understand a word he said, but I was convinced that HE did... and that is why I called TruGreen.
Melchor (Mel) Carranza came this afternoon and applied the first lawn treatment (preemergent). Mr. Carranza was also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I look forward to working with TruGreen.
