I apologize for using this format to contact you but right now, from the TruGreen site where I change my billing preferences, I couldn't find any other way. Apparently my credit card on file had expired and I received a call to update it. I paid my balance and updated my cards expiration date but every time I looked to see if it had 'taken', the screen was blank. Can you please take a look at my account and email me as to whether I am enrolled or not? I also checked paperless billing and that appears to have 'taken'. I just wan't to have my payment made when service has been applied to my lawn. Thank you, Name removed

I have found that if you have a problem and call in about it, you are told that the person in charge will get back with you and it very rarely happens. One year, I told you I didn’t want to arreate the lawn as I wasn’t pleased with the previous years aerreation. Yet either three or four times,someone was sent to aerate the lawn and each time they were sent away with each one saying they would note it and have mgmt. call. No one ever called.
