I like that you communicate when you arrive and when you’ve completed your service. I’m a bit concerned that your technician accidentally traded my neighbors yard last time. I had to call and let you know to ensure that you actually treated our yard.

We really wish (and thought you did) have some sort of non-toxic indicator (dye) to apply on areas of lawn treatment so we’d know, as well as the technician, that all areas had been covered.
I greatly appreciated the technician who did the tree and shrub treatment on Jan. 28. He stopped to talk with me and walk to another part of the property to see what I wanted treated. I felt he was truly interested in promoting the good health of my trees and shrubs.
Each summer, I have one of/if not the best yard in the neighborhood. That says a lot considering where I live. Each time I speak with a representative and/or read their report, the tips to maintain between treatments are always helpful.
