Lawn looks great, takes the burden off of me for weed control, fertilizing, etc.
So far they have done a very good job, starting using them last year and I am using Trugreen again this year. I have asked several questions on my lawn to the guys coming out to take care of my lawn, and they have answered my concerns. Especially to my issues with nutgrass which seems under control.
Great product. Reduces the mistakes I would make DIY. Like the environmental aspect also.

You do not have to be home
I still consider myself as a new customer, so far everything seems to be okay. The only thing I would change is I would like to be notified 24-48 hours in advance before my next service. That way I can plan better to have our backyard available. Because we have a pool, we must keep our gates locked so, being notified in advance helps me be able to give the service tech access to my backyard. The last 2 times they couldn't service our backyard because we didn't know they were coming till it was to later to unlock gate.
Outstanding service, and if there is a problem which there rarely is, they will come out and redo! Thanks TruGreen!
