I enjoy the convenience and the professionalism of the service. I appreciate that there is regular scheduling of service for specific treatments related to seasonal needs. The Technician always leaves a statement of the service performed, the products applied and advice about watering and lawn maintenance. My lawn always looks good.

I pretty much like all services that I have tried. Scheduling is my primary area of dissatisfaction. One day notice is difficult to manage sometimes, and even though TruGreen states that the owner being at the property during treatment is not required,I have three dogs to manage during treatment, and a front facing gate with only a deadbolt lock to keep the gate secured, which I open only during the treatment period.
My technician is good about telling me when he is done, so that I can re-lock the gate.
Appreciate the suggestions made. We are relatively new to Texas and it’s plants and grasses.
