I've been using the services provided by TruGreen for almost 20 years. I sincerely believe that my lawn, trees and shrubs are all healthier as a result of the applications provided by TruGreen. Like anyone else, there have been challenging times for my lawn where negative things have occurred. During these times, I made a point of bringing these issues to the attention of TruGreen specialists and management. TruGreen has always made a point of understanding the issue and doing whatever it takes to solve the problem. As long as the cost for services continues to be reasonable, I plan to continue using TruGreen to take care of my lawn, trees, and shrubs.

came out 4/17/2024 to discuss my concerns. He was very helpful and a very nice

TruGreen is great at communicating with their customers! I always know what's going on, when they'll be here, etc. Plus, their smartphone app makes it really easy to manage my account. I've been a happy customer for years.

Organized scheduling and technicians' customer contact. We were very happy with the service and support provided by Ricky Booker today, 17 April 2024. We truly appreciate that he is very good with our two chihuahuas. Ricky makes sure he tells us when we can allow the dogs to go back outside after lawn treatment. Also he ensures the gates are closed when he has finished taking care of our lawn. We are very happy with the Ft Walton Beach, Florida TruGreen team!

TruGreen's Perimeter Pest program keeps my house insect-free. And that's not easy in Florida. I've struggled with years keeping the occasional insect out and with TruGreen that's not a concern anymore!!! Their three-step process makes sure that all the Florida creepy-crawlies stay OUTSIDE the house where they belong.

I love the tree and shrub service! My gardenias, camellias, and azaleas all look amazing with lots of blooms. Before starting the service they had tons of black sooty mold and we thought we might have to cut them down - TruGreen literally saved them.

My lawn looks really great!!! My weeds are gone and the color is very green. The biggest thing is the weeds, we used to have a lot of issues with weeds in our yard. But not anymore thanks to TruGreen!!

TruGreen does a wonderful job eliminating my mosquitoes. They make everything so easy with great customer service, an app that let's me see all my account information, and employees that are very helpful. My specialist is always friendly, efficient, and does great work.

Like the fact if we’re not satisfied they come back and try to fix the problem.
