The yard looks wonderful and the personnel have been very professional .
Actually, when I first signed up with Trugreen here in Florida, we were NOT happy with the service. It seemed like I was getting more and more weeds with each treatment. So I called the office and complained and that is when Mike Chalue first started coming out to service my lawn. Mike started out with much heavier weed treatments in the beginning to try and get a handle on the weeds and I began to notice an improvement. I had Trugreen in Illinois and was very happy so I came to Florida with the same expectations. It turns out, I had a lot to learn about Florida lawns and having a 12 month growing season! Mike was very patient with teaching me about my "new" lawn, what to expect, and what not to expect. There are still some weeds in the yard but mostly because they travel over from the neighbors yards. In the beginning in 2015, my yard was probably 60% weeds and 40% grass. Now it is probably 98% grass and 2% weeds, a huge turnaround. And there have been other technicians that have come out in addition to Mike and they have done a great job as well but for the most part, my lawn belongs to Mike.

Whenever I have called with questions or for an additional response, the visit was scheduled immediately. I spoke with Mike today (8-2-17) as he completed my service. We discussed some issues and he properly advised me as to how to solve the issue.
Efficient-grass looks good. no hassles because we pre-pay. not bothered with phone calls soliciting business beyond what we agreed to.

I would like to know if it would be possible to get my trees fed by way of pressureised
Root feeding . The granule surface method doesn't seem to be working too well,
The trees are doing better but need more to reach full potential ,I used to do this in the 80' s
working tree service in Texas there's no better way to bring them around.

Our lawn specialist - Mike Chalue (Branch # 5082) consistantly provides OUTSTANDING service, advice and information.
We want to give Specialist, Vincent Cooper, a rating of 10! We are first time customers with TruGreen as of a few weeks ago. The first specialist Al, treated the lawn and KILLED a great deal of the lawn (and my neighbors). We called TruGreen and they sent Miguel who was very good also. Miguel said to call if we didn't see an improvement. We did because we saw only a slight improvement and the one area between ours and our neighbors is completely dead! My neighbor is very upset.
Vincent came today Monday, July 24th. He was very respectful to our disgust with the lawn. He was very concerned for the condition of the lawn. Vincent decided to put additional granular fertilizer down. Even though we pointed out all the weeds still in the lawn he did not put weed killer because he said it may make it worse. We appreciate his honesty.
I would like to request you assign Vincent to take care of our lawn. Having one person who understands what happened will ensure proper treatments in the future. Hopefully, the lawn becomes healthy, full and green again and you don't have to put down new sod between us and our neighbors. Sincerely, Art & Name removed

My technician, Trevon, met with me before starting his services just to make sure I didn't have any concerns with the way my lawn, trees, and shrubs were coming along. I pointed out an area of concern and he explained why I was having difficulties getting grass to grow in those particular areas as well as taking care of a large carpenter ant colony at the base of one of my trees. All in all, I couldn't be happier with Trevon's service today. Thank you Trevon!
Trevon did a good job on my lawn today
Miguel always makes it a point to speak with me during his visit to make sure all the services are to my satisfaction and to answer any questions I may have concerning my yard. He also makes sure to point out any areas of concern he finds during his visit, such as watering levels or neighbor yard issues etc, that I should monitor to keep my yard healthy.
We love how our shrubs and flowering trees and bushes have been fertilized. I have probably gotten nearly 100 limes from our lime tree this year.
