Alan Mills shows up on the correct day and in the early morning before my lawn care people mow allowing the treatment to dry. TruGreen has provided weed control for my lawn at a reasonably price. Alan is personable and comes to the door to tell us about the treatment. The yard has beed in reasonable shape unlike other treatment companies. All promise a beautiful yard but in Florida that is about impossible. Alan has done a good job and I intend to stay with TruGreen.
Alan Mills is my Lawn Care Specialist (Branch #5066). Yesterday Alan applied my chinch bug application as well as fertilizer. I do want to say a big thank-you my lawn looks great!

The company overall is very professional. The service people are very polite and efficient each time that they service my lawn. I feel that I am getting very valuable information with each contact I have with the servicing employee. I am extremely satisfied with the improvement I have seen in my once very sad lawn. I know that the look of the lawn has increased my property value. I spend much less time personally dealing with the unpleasant task of weeding and generally trying to grow my grass. Initially, it seemed too expensive having someone else do the work that I've always done. But once that I could see the results of my investment, I wondered why I waited so long to start the service.

My plants have now be serviced twice by your Tree and Shrub Specialist, Ray Ross. Although it has only been a short period of time I can see quite a difference in the plants. They are much healthier looking and one of my angel trumphets is blossoming beautifully.
Ray has done an exceptional job on my trees and shrubs. He is very personable, honest and he is so knowledgeable on trees that have to be serviced. He always comes to the door and rings the doorbell and he is very pleasant to talk to. As a retired manager of a company, I can say he is certainly an asset to yours.
I like the way your tech comes to the door And lets you know that he is there to service you. He also asks if there’s any problems with the lawn that you would like to discuss with him before doing it and that is another plus for me. I liked the tech that you just sent out, because he is very honest and I have found out in the past with the older gentleman it wasn’t such. I found out that the older gentleman made a lot of excuses when I showed him things and I know what was wrong with his answer and I would prefer if you would not send them here to do the lawn service.

Ryan has been a great investment. As new home owners with a bad lawn, we have relied on him and his expertise to kill the weeds and help turn our yard around for the better. Ryan is very knowledgeable, great with customer interaction, and honest with expectations on timetables to meet our lawn goals.

My lawn is full and green, and trugeeen has done even better than usual maintaining / decreasing my weeds. I don’t do a whole lot to my lawn outside of mowing and edging, and it’s great to know that even though I don’t have the time to do so, trugreen alone is enough to keep it looking great.

Ended last season very unhappy as we had lots of weeds all over the yard. Had a visit from a manager and I think we are getting back on track this season. Still a few minor weed issues and lots of yellow spots but the tech, Flip who services the lawn always checks in and walks the yard with me and I feel he really cares about my concerns and is trying to make our yard the best on the street.

My specialist, Brad Last name removed, has arrived on both days as preset.
I did see the aeration on the front and back but not on the right side of the driveway. Please make sure that when overseeding is completed, that area is completed as well.
I did not see any seed anywhere on the grass or in the holes that were left. Please let me know how often I need to water the new seed.
If the overseeding has occurred there is NO evidence of this and it needs to be redone. I was already charged for the the aeration/overseeding.
