There is a concerned response every time I call. Someone shows up when an appointment is made even though it is not my regular scheduled appointment. They take time to address the problem and give a reasonable assessment.
I wanted to thank Edward who was here the other day and did the weed control and various other lawn care that I can't remember,,,,,however he took the time to explain everything to me and to keep me informed as to what I will be expecting to see on my lawn in the future...He was just wonderful with myself and my husband and we look forward to seeing him many times in the future...He is an asset to Trugreen…….
Yesterday I had Tyrone Jackson here to put a great amount of plugs in our lawn...He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing....whenever I looked out he was always busy, never took a break or stopped what he was going, and trust me it was very hot here yesterday and he just braved on.....I congratulate him on a fantastic job, and for keeping my in the loop during his visit....Hoping to see him again in the future.

I like that you knock the door and tell me what you are doing on the day of your visit, I like that if I have a problem and I call you, you rectify it straight away while I am on the phone no waiting at all, that is two reason why I like your service.

.i like the receipt that is left in the door explaining what exactly was done since im seldom home when the treatments are done.
Our 1,100 square feet Bahia/Bermuda/Rye lawn, was serviced 2018 August 15.
We have Lawn Service every 7-10 days to keep lawn at least 4 inches height.
Have 1 day in 7 Water Restrictions, unless we get 1 inch rain each week.
Cody S / 53924, came out Wednesday 12:36 to apply round 7, fertilizer/insect control.
Within hours, we were visited by Lawn Service with the "Teddy Bear" on their shirt.
This Sales person, offered to do our lawn for $45 per visit, "To start." Right. To start.
Told me "Teddy Bear" service will apply 1 point 5 gallons of product to our lawn.
They have the "same products" that Trugreen has and they can save us by only
charging us, when they only show up. Pass.
Same products, without mentioning what training, if any, to apply them and avoid
having too much or too little. There are 15 homes on our street and each one has
different lawn care needs. No thank you. Waved him "Good bye."
