service tech was helpful with condition of our yard.The whole yard is looking much better since we have TruGreen working on it.
I use the pre-pay feature and I don't have to worry about keeping up with it each month, have always done a good job. If any issues come up in between services all I need to do is give a call and they respond. John Whitmore was here today for my aeration and did a great job.

Service is prompt snd thorough
We have been TruGreen customers for a couple of years. We have had many different specialists treat our yard. This week John Whitmore came to our home to treat the yard. He walked the entire acre looking at the yard and making notes. We are assuming that he didn't have the ability to print out what he did but on the door, in the TruGreen hanger was a hand written note telling us what he did.
We are so impressed with John Whitmore and want to send kuddos for the work that he did for us this week!!

I have been using TruGreen for almost 3 years. My lawn was a disaster when I first moved to Florida. In working with TruGreen (and complaining) my lawn is finally looking good. The grass is filling in and a nice green. I have found over the last year the service staff is very friendly, listen to my concerns, provide guidance and very professional. The management staff follows up with me regarding the service and I greatly appreciate this. I would recommend their company to anyone.

I was very impressed with Daniel Hancock, my service specialist. I had some questions relating to different weeds and the treatment of some newly sodded areas. Daniel was very friendly and patient in answering my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable about the subjects I inquired about and explained the reasons some areas were treated differently than others. Not having to worry so much about my yard and the pre-pay program is very convenient. I also know if I notice any problems I can always call and someone will be sent out to assess the situation.
Our tree and shrub tech if very good at covering everything that needs to be done. He is easy to talk with and offers no excuses but goes about his work making our shrubs looking great.
