Instead of performing the service we had paid for (broad-leaf killer), he took the time to find out what our goals were for the lawn and to explain what our options were and the pros and cons for meeting those goals. His primary focus was on our informed satisfaction.

Our yard is green. Looks good when we cut it.
I don't have to be home, nor go to the store and purchase all kinds of products and ;put down myself. Uggggg However with that said, when we started out with you folks 10 years ago, we were only paying 29 per 6 week service and we are now up to 46. I know your costs go up but with your older reliable customers, please give us a break on the prices as now we are old, living on social security and can no longer do our yards.
