Always on time, willing to answer my questions on the spot when I have them. Recently I noticed weeds in my yard, birds are culling my lawn like they are getting insects. I have areas of diff grass where my st. Augustine died out. I have also had areas of yellowing grass that that I think looks like cinch bugs but rep says it’s a lack of magnesium. Aren’t all these pointing to more weed control bug control and fertilizer control that should be done by TruGreen?

TruGreen makes every effort to take care of all the services requested. There is always an advance notice of a service visit. The technicians always show up when TruGreen says they will. The technicians take care of all contracted services efficiently but are approachable with any questions that I might have and never fail to leave a summary of the services performed. I can't think of any part of the process that doesn't work well
