Our service tech, Rodney, is polite, friendly, and brought our lawn back from the dead, he came over several times before we started the service and suggested I give him a try....well, I lost his card and our lawn was looking pretty sad, we had Scotts for years, had lots of problems with them, so I was gun shy to trust another service. I finally called and Rodney came out, I would like to see him get credit for establishing a new client, actually 2, since he is doing Moms yard next door also....

You have brought Duane Crumb back! He was our original specialist for several years and then left for awhile. Now he's back and we are glad! He does an awesome job. Very dedicated to making sure our yard is taken care of and very customer service oriented. He listens to our concerns and makes sure any issues are addressed.
The employees are personable, but we would like to have Nick as a regular. Our yard has not looked good in a while since Nick has not been around.
Technician Shawn Faris was very professional and clearly understood my concerns about the condition of my lawn. He took the time to walk me through the program that would bring the best results. As we talked he explained what he would be doing to get the results needed.
He also made the enrollment stress free. When he arrived to provide my first service he again asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I did not. Very impressed by his professionalism and felt that my lawn was in good hands. A very polite and courteous young man.

yesterday, how he was noticing a bad spot in our lawn. He asked if he could set up
someone to "plug" the spot. With a little "tender loving care" the problem should take
care of itself. I said to "go for it". He showed great initiative. You have a good man there.

Curtis Bean was the Specialist who paid us our first visit/service from TruGreen.
He greeted us with a smile and we had a great discussion as to what exactly he was to do for us today. We walked the yard and developed a clear picture of what tasks were to be performed.
Curtis went about his business and once he was completed he provided us with some great information on how to maintain our lawn and bring it back to life.
Curtis also noticed the great many trees and shrubs around our house and recommended the Healthy Tree and Shrub Plan which we promptly signed up for.
Curtis is a wealth of knowledge on all things growing and the company as well, a true asset to your organization.

Is it possible to delay service when there is no rain in sight and the treatment says to water within 24 hours. The cost of watering is very high.

I own a rental house in Florida but live in Colorado. TrueGreen knows the special needs of the Florida environment and keeps my lawn in good shape with no effort on my part. Also, they help me avoid surprise complaints by the HOA.

Lawn thick and green, Mr. Chivers great guy and very respectful. He's been doing our lawn for years now.
We particularly like having the same service technician. We know it is always not possible, but we feel it helps to have the same person know your lawn and what, if any, issues you are having. Also, in our case, we have asked our technician to not ring the doorbell since we have 2 dogs that bark a lot when someone is at the door. We prefer the technician just treat the lawn and leave his comments by the front door. Of course if he needs to speak to us, then that is a different matter.
