You call to notify us of scheduled service, technician rings our bell to let us know they arrived for service, they perform the service in a timely and efficient manner, and our lawn continues to look great!

In February Mike Vardner Branch #5771 serviced my Tree/Shrubs. I was privileged to meet him and review our tree and shrub concerns. Mike spent time explaining the issues we have been having and specifics for the types of trees we have. Over the years we have lived here, no other service provider we have used was so well educated about our Florida plants and trees, and able to explain when serious issues may present problems. I was VERY IMPRESSED and told him I would definitely send in my comments on his superior service and customer care. Sorry it took so long to respond - I rarely do any service reviews online - but he was worth it.

Since our February service, we have had another visit from someone else from TruGreen when we were not here. Not sure they left a slip in the door, or it got lost. Until our plants/trees respond to any treatments put on -- will not know whether the visit was worth an online comment - not the same as the personal review and education Mike Vardner provided in February.

I have recommended your services to my new neighbor next door and he has contracted you for his service.
I would still like to see the same tech each time for better relations, he knows me and I know him. That is what I had up north where I had TruGreen for 15 years.
I really like David Clary. He seems to really know what he is talking about. I would give him a 10.
