I like that you call ahead to say when you are coming. I like that my garden (trees and shrubs) look a lot better now since they are regularly fertilized. I like getting tips about things I can do to make the lawn better. Mike Vardner is our technician and he had been really helpful with advice along with the treatments.

The specialist's notes contained many details about my fertilizer, the weeds that were in my yard, and what to do to get my lawn looking good with no weeds. I was very impressed with the time he took to not only do all the spraying work but to also write up it for me in great detail.

Lorenzo has gotten my lawn in tip top shape. It has recovered from all the freezes nicely. Job well done!!!!

We had several concerns with a Specialist who works with Wesley so those complaints went against him. Since Wesley has taken control of our Lawn we have seen a much needed improvement. As the year progresses we hope to see our Lawn back to the lush green it was several years ago before your Company kept sending different people who never had any idea the perimeters of our Lawn. We had a witness tell us the previous people never even serviced our entire lawn. Wesley told me he will keep coming when our Service is scheduled and he will personally improve the lawn.
We have considered changing to another Company but since your Company has given us the promised calls at a very reasonable rate we will finish this year (2018) with anticipation of improvement.

I pay for someone to take care of my yard I do not like working in yard but enjoy seeing it look nice

I had a service visit on April 27 with Wesley Lewis. He was most helpful and answered questions that I had about my lawn. I showed him areas of concern and he advised what things I could do to prevent future problems. He also said he will check back in 2 to 3 weeks to check the conditions. At the time of his visit my neighbor at 1668 Ms Maddox is considering switching to Tru Green for her lawn service.
