I was able to speak with Shawn Van Scoy. I was able to discuss with him what the grass cutting company did to my lawn. He advised me that the areas they destroyed shows signs of new growth and will be ok. I told him since I changed my service to Tru Green that my lawn has looked the best its been since I moved into this home. Shawn was very knowledgeable and advised me what to watch for, and about irrigation of the lawn. He is a very nice technician.

Randy and Mike Vardner, Jr. have done an excellent job of staying on top of the problems, analyze the underlying issues, and take expeditious action to get them resolved. It's a long and complex course to get our yard and shrubs back to 100%, and we still have away to go, but we are confident that they are doing all they can to keep us as satisfied TruGreen customers, and we are grateful to them for going the extra mile.

I have been a customer for a while now and ran into some problems with your services. So much so that I actually cancelled my account. Your technician, Wesley Last name removed, came to our house unaware of the cancellation. After explaining that we had cancelled our account, he still took the time to walk our property with me and to explain what I was seeing and why. He also made suggestions of things I could do on my own. Because he was so pleasant and I felt he had gone the extra mile to help me, I contacted you and restarted my service conditioned on having Wesley as my primary technician. That was a few months back. As of today, our lawn looks awesome! If it wasn't for Wesley, we would never have come back to TruGreen. Employees like him are hard to come by and I wanted you to know how truly exceptional he is. The service we receive from him is outstanding.
