On 8-8-18, Rebecca Dowdell treated our trees and shrubs. Rebecca is always very friendly and helpful, and appears to be quite good at what she does.

i like that you let me know 24 hours prior to a specialist coming to my property which affords me the opportunity to be present to ask the specialist questions where necessary. Secondly, the staff are so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Craig Borak was here most recently and exceeded my expectations.

Mike Vardner Sr did a great job yesterday! He treated our trees and shrubs with insecticide and fungicide. He also applied fertilizer on our lawn to thicken it up and improve its health. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with his service and his explanation of understanding our bird of paradise plant. Way to go Mike!

It takes the guess work out of treating for weeds and fertilizing.

I'm not sure about the application as my bushes and trees had some issues which may or may not be attributable to TruGreen but the tech was very knowledgeable in answering my questions.

Technician shows up when scheduled. Lawn looks good. Hopefully True Green has a permanent fix for the nut sedge weeds.

I just sent a survey to you and forgot to mention the third specialilst' name which was David Carey. Excellent service.

Services have been excellent. This last one left a card called "Tell Me How I'm Doing" and to go to www.trugreen.com and on the right side there would be a tab titled "Rate Your Specialist". That does not exist but I did find the survey tab.
I've had 3 services and my lawn now looks great, in only a month, and all three guys communicated well and answered all questions.

Keeping us informed with actions taken

I gave a 10 because of TrueGreen specialist Stephen Reynolds. He has taken the time to learn the unique layout of my lawn and greatly assist with keeping it green. Please continue to send him out. When the specialist change my lawn suffers while the new guy gets familiar. Stephen is my specialist!

Your technicians are all very courteous, know what needs to be done. They always talk to me if I am home and ask if I have any questions or concerns. Mike Vardner came today and a young lady was with him. Both were very nice, Thanks, Mike
