Your specialists are excellent. Always willing to answer question. Customer service is great. I had to call regarding scheduling my irrigation & received an immediate response. Also, John Roberts recently called to make sure all was well with our service and gave his # for us to call with any questions or issues. I appreciate that.

The technician is very efficient and always explains what treatment he has applied to my lawn. He always mentions what good and bad observations of the condition of my lawn and what results I should expect from the treatment applied. I also like the printout I receive with the chemicals used so I can compare the printout with others I have received over the years.

Todays treatment for the trees and shrubs was done by Mike Vardner who was thorough and treated with insecticide and fungicide. I was not home today but he left a detailed sheet with treatment and instructions.

Our lawn is looking better. This irrigation tech adjusted the sprinkler time for the center of our lawn (it had been looking dry) and we already see improvement

Today was my first service. Have not been happy with previous lawn service. Nick was very informative and I feel encouraged he can fix whats wrong with my lawn.
