Having been a customer for several years now, I'm happy with the lawn / tree & Shrub / and pest treatments. The only decision TruGreen has made that I thought then was unwarranted, and still do now - was doing away with the Irrigation service. Particularly here in Florida, quarterly inspection and adjustment of the sprinkler systems just enforces and improves upon the other services so the lawn and greenery is getting the right amount, at the right times, of water.
I am very pleased with Adrian today. What a professional, educated and friendly person. I think you have a winner with this one. I am requesting that he service my lawn every month if at all possible. Love his professionalism and kindness.

Your associates are very helpful answering questions that I have asked. They have also pointed out of a pest problem I had in one of my trees and solved the problem.
The weeds in my lawn are disappearing, still have Nutsedge that needs to be worked on. The grass is filling in nice.

The tech does a great job with the rider . He doesn’t miss a spot . Plus he’s iis a nice person.
They always let me know when they are going to do my services and I can track the tech on my phone. Communication is great and they leave a report of what was performed.

The techs are all very polite and hard working. I would appreciate if TruGreen would just give a one day advance notice that you'll be coming out as I have a dog and would like to be aware that he may not be able to use the yard for a few hours once the tech has complete their work. There are times when I don't see the email on the day of the service as I'm not at home and had I known the day before, I'd make arrangements to get my puppy out before they do the service. Thanks
They do all the schedule and treatment for your home, and you don't have to be there
