I can see results is the main thing. The techs report findings and treatments and leave signs so we can protect our dogs. I have never in my life had a mosquito free summer- I usually get eaten alive and the spraying worked perfectly. We also had edible pears for the first time in 30 years. They usually have little bugs inside the fruit and they just get used for compost.

The product (fertilizer & weed control) works! Clearly one can see the improvement. Two days ago while chatting with an unknown man who was walking down the road comments on how good our lawn looked! Hey, this is before the grass begins to grow in season!
One suggestion: I often need to contact someone regarding scheduling a service. The phone system for local contacts is poor. I don't feel comfortable speaking with a telemarketer in Tennessee about conditions and services in Colorado. Please, provide a Loveland or Fort Collins number that is answered locally!

Service technician left us paperwork of service completed since we were not at home so appears pre treat of weeds was completed.
There was excess pellets from treatment on back patio that would be nice if they would have swept up

I have only experienced two treatments so its too early to tell. Two of my neighbors are also using the service so I guess that is some sort of testament!
Plenty of notice about when the service tech will be here. Very courteous service tech. We have Jessica this year. She has always closed our gate and left our notices etc. Also we don't have to worry about when we should do what. It is also nice not to worry about if there is a problem we can just call and you will come out to check it out whenever we call.
My lawn and trees look healthy, green and beautiful this year.
