Why aren't we receiving notification went service is to be done this has been happening on both lawn and tree service.?? As we have a dog that needs to be secure. All so why can't they knock on door since Covid is where it is now?
Our Account Specialist always advises us of the day and approximate time frame when we should expect the technician to arrive. This gives us plenty of time to open gates to fenced yards TO bring our pets and children inside. Our Account Specialist is quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we might have. If a scheduled service had to be delayed [ due to weather for example ] our Account Specialist always contacts us IN ADVANCE to let us know.
Our technician is professional and respectful of everyone's property. He leaves a lawn marker on everyone's lawn yard after treating the lawn to let folks know that the lawn has been treated. People with pets and/or small children really appreciate this.
And .. BEST OF ALL ... our lawns ARE much healthier since we made the switch to TruGreen :)
